week one...

so we released One Shot Sunday night and things are really picking up. its now Friday and so far we're looking around 5,000+ downloads! i took a second to google "Granite State One Shot" and found a couple few sites that blogged about it and a bunch of different download sites its now available on.

if you read Doug's post (check below) you would already know our theory behind releasing our first single off the second LP online for free. i have to say this was probably one of the best moves we've made so far. we got deejays already putting it into regular rotation overseas (good looks to all ya'll). we're also increasing our fan base at rapid speed. if you know me you know im a ignorant car fanatic so when i got hit up from .:Rommel from DUBKORPS saying he put the joint over a quick car video i had to peep it.





on another note we finished mastering the album at Wonka Sound the other day. we haven't decided how or when we plan to release it quite yet but we'll have an answer for ya'll asap. we listened to the whole album on the way home and i gotta say, this is definitely a HUGE step up from our last LP and worth the all drama that was involved. every track is fuckin' out of control, from the lyrics to the beats, everything was stepped up a notch. i gotta give up to Statik, DC, EV, Dew, and all the kids that made this album bang the way it does. i know a lot of times you'll hear rappers say "our new album is the best work we've ever done," then you hear it and you're disappointed, well this aint that and we aint them!


we got some future plans to step up our internet game so WATCH for that as well.
