so last night was dope, we all killed it, i hope ya'll tuned in. its sad to see The Mothership go but a wise man once said, "everything has to comes to an end."
i threw my back out yesterday, it was because of an old work accident. it sucked. but i got some pain pills until i can get an appointment to see the Doc. if i learned anything in my years on this earth its to STAY HEALTHY! its even more important nowadays because of the way health care is looking. so eat your vitamins and protein, work out at least twice a week, and listen to your body.
that's my advice for today. stay up!...

since i do most of my internet activity with a boosted connection and my neighbor apparently forgot to pay his bill this month, i was without the internet for a few days. truth be told im in the corner of my bathroom boosting internet from another kid in my building right now; hoodstyle.
anyway, i got a dope MP3 in my inbox today from APE and Undu. peep the artwork; outahsane!

got out of work a few hours ago and im drunk as fuck. i figured i'd fill you in on what i'm doing right now. i'm listening to Lionel Richie's "Easy (Like Sunday Morning)." this song is the truth. i'm supposed to meet up with a few friends but i really have no idea whats going on since i no longer have a celly. fuck. life sucks when you don't get what you want, doesn't it?! ;)
